You will play an important role, such as:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok affiliates and creators across Malaysia (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese-led creators), with a strong focus on the beauty and personal care category.
- Segment creators based on content format (live, short-form, review-focused), audience demographics, and commercial potential to scale affiliate-driven GMV.
- Propose and manage affiliate incentive structures, including commission rates, GWP mechanics, and Malaysia-specific affiliate-exclusive SKUs or bundles.
- Monitor and grow top-performing Malaysian affiliates by tracking performance metrics such as GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, and growth trends.
- Act as the primary relationship manager for local affiliates, maintaining direct communication and long-term partnerships beyond agency coordination.
- Proactively reach out to a new TikTok affiliates per month via DM, email, or other direct channels to onboard high-potential creators.
- Evaluate creator-brand fit for brands such as Innisfree, Laneige, Sulwhasoo, and other hair & beauty brands, and guide affiliates on product selection and selling angles.
- Coordinate product sampling and actively follow up with affiliates to ensure timely content creation, posting, and product tagging.
- Maintain frequent and ongoing communication with affiliates to drive repeat content creation, sustained sales performance, and long-term partnerships.
- Identify high-potential affiliates and develop them into core internal affiliate partners.
To be successful in this role, you would need to have:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; academic background is less important than hands-on experience and results.
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, KOL sales, social commerce, or creator partnerships is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to conduct frequent direct outreach (DM, email, WhatsApp) to affiliates.
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset, comfortable working toward GMV and affiliate acquisition KPIs.
- Experience or strong interest in beauty, skincare, haircare, or personal care brands, with an understanding of creator–brand fit.
- Highly proactive, resilient, and able to manage multiple affiliate relationships simultaneously.
- Able to track and evaluate affiliate performance using basic metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, and content output.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment requiring continuous follow-up and coordination.
