Salt Talent Search is looking for a Content Creator Management Specialist for a 12 months extendable contract role.
What Will You Do:
- Creator Acquisition: Identify, onboard, and incubate high-potential creators for the overall platform's affiliate performance.
- Account Management for Affiliate Creators: Serve as POC for the newly onboard creators. Maintain strong relationships with creators, provide guidance and resources to support their growth.
- Program Implementation: Drive effective rollout of initiatives by ensuring timely delivery and achievement of campaign targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies, maximize creator impact, and ensure seamless execution of projects.
What Will You Need:
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or creator partnership.
- Strong understanding of social media and ecommerce platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management skills.
