AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for a results-driven E-commerce Executive for Laneige, and Innisfree

Role 1: E-commerce Executive (Laneige)

Job Description

D2C Management:

  • Plan, conceptualize and execute commercial/marketing campaigns for D2C Mall.
  • Maintain and update product listing, pricing, inventory, promotion mechanics to ensure seamless customer journey.
  • Basic understanding in data & competitive analysis related to key metrics within the E-commerce landscape to increase business opportunities in D2C Mall.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure smooth business operation and to understand market trends and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate monthly media plans; manage campaign briefs, budgets, and ad previews
  • Ability to merge eCommerce implementation & branding strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and troubleshoot website operations while driving continuous improvements to ensure optimal performance and a seamless customer experience
  • Liaise with graphic designer by preparing creative brief to conceptualize product contents, onsite banners and advertising creatives.
  • Responsible on monthly/campaign reports, analysis reports and presentation.

Ecommerce Operations:

  • To provide customer support on the product inquiry, live chat and after sales services
  • Assist & maintain overall Ecommerce Operation Readiness based on metrics shared & aligned
  • Monitor inventory, perform stock transfers, and manage replenishment based on sales trends
  • Assist the team on Ecommerce marketplace campaign preparation
  • Support on other ad-hoc tasks.

Role 2: E-commerce Executive (Innisfree)

Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing e-commerce campaign goals, e-promotions, and digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversions, sales, leads and growth of revenues for our brand.
  • Conduct research and provide monthly details analysis report by identifying market trends in e-Commerce, target audience, and competitor activities in online market to achieve the sales KPI and improve the business growth.
  • Plan promotional and advertising campaigns (digital, livestream, social media and online collaboration activation)
  • Continuous improvements to enhance users shopping experience
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Responsible for operational tasks which include update various products information, features and images, process order, campaign planning, reporting, etc.

To be successful in this role, you would need to have:

  • Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Master Degree in E-commerce / Marketing / Business Administrations / Mass Communication or any relevant field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience and exposure in E-commerce sales / Marketing or Experienced in platform management by handling principal account.
  • Prior experience in beauty or retail industry will be an added advantage
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales target given.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills, as well as excellent computer skills, including in MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
