We're looking for a hands-on E-commerce Executive to manage our marketplace stores (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) end-to-end — including campaign planning/execution, store operations, customer enquiries, and stock coordination with our 3PL warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
1) Marketplace Operations (Shopee/Lazada)
- Manage day-to-day store operations: product listings, pricing, vouchers, bundles, add-ons, store hygiene, and basic visual merchandising
- Ensure product information and campaign mechanics are accurate and updated on time
- Monitor store performance and competitor activity; flag opportunities and issues
2) Campaign Planning & Execution
- Propose monthly campaign plans: key SKUs to push, promo mechanics, budget assumptions, and expected outcomes
- Execute campaign set-up and submission: platform campaigns, flash deals, vouchers, bundles, free gifts, etc.
- Track campaign results and post-mortem learnings to improve future performance
3) Customer Service
- Handle customer enquiries via platform chat professionally and promptly (product questions, order status, delivery issues, returns/refunds per policy)
- Coordinate with 3PL/partners to resolve order exceptions and customer complaints
4) Stock Planning & 3PL Coordination
- Monitor stock levels and sales velocity; identify fast-movers and replenishment risks early
- Raise stock requisitions and coordinate replenishment to the e-commerce warehouse/3PL
- Work with internal stakeholders to align product priority with available stock and campaign plans
5) Reporting & Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing on product priorities, promotional calendar, and execution timelines
- Prepare weekly/monthly reporting (sales, top SKUs, conversion, campaign results, stock risks, customer issues)
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
- 2+ years experience managing Shopee/Lazada (Seller Center experience preferred)
- Proven ability to run campaigns and manage operational details end-to-end
- Strong coordination skills (able to work with a 3PL warehouse and internal stakeholders)
- Good written communication for customer chat handling
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; basic data analysis mindset
Working Arrangement
- Work-from-home (WFH) arrangement
- May require occasional in-person coordination/meetings when needed (e.g., planning sessions, urgent operational matters)

- Campaigns are executed on time with clean mechanics and strong store hygiene
- Customer enquiries are handled promptly with minimal escalations
- Stock is well-managed (fewer OOS incidents, smoother replenishment to 3PL)
- Clear reporting and proactive recommendations to improve sales performance
