Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
EHS Executive (Fresh Graduate) to support the implementation and monitoring of environmental, health, and safety programs within the organization. The candidate will assist in ensuring compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and industry standards while promoting a strong safety culture across the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Health & Safety
- Assist in implementing workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Support regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Help investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.
- Assist in organizing safety training and awareness programs.
- Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Environment
- Support environmental compliance activities (waste management, emissions, water management).
- Assist in maintaining environmental documentation and records.
- Participate in sustainability initiatives and environmental monitoring.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain EHS records, reports, and compliance documents.
- Assist in preparing reports for internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements.
- Support implementation of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Training & Communication
- Conduct toolbox talks under supervision.
- Support employee induction safety training.
- Promote awareness of safety procedures and emergency response plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in EHS (internship experience preferred)
