Job Brief
The engineer would work closely with Senior Engineers, supporting the development, optimization and execution of designs and processes.
This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are manufacturable while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to customer and technical requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, development and optimization of products and processes, ensuring alignment with project requirements and technical standards.
- Support the Senior Engineer in managing and executing projects, ensuring milestones are achieved and projects are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with other departments (development, engineering, fabrication) to ensure seamless transitions of project specifics.
- Work with the team to troubleshoot technical challenges during the design, development, or fabrication phases.
- Maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Identify opportunities for process or product improvements and support initiatives to enhance overall team efficiency and product quality.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience in relevant engineering field, with focus on product development and manufacturing design.
- Familiar with AutoCAD and SolidWorks for sheet metal design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
