We are looking for an experienced Engineering Change Section Manager to lead and drive the Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECO/BOM) processes in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end‑to‑end Engineering Change Management across the workcell or within the scope of duties.
- Drive ECN compliance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as SME and focal point for engineering change processes and system enhancements
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth and timely implementation of changes
- Support NPI, Lean / Kaizen projects, audits, and performance reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Engineering Change Management with proven leadership exposure
- Strong knowledge of ECN/ECO, BOM, and manufacturing operations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in data analysis tools (advanced Excel is a plus)
