Meet The Team
We are seeking a hands-on Technician with strong electrical and electronics expertise to support equipment troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. The role includes component-level PCB repair, equipment/device inventory management, and participation in validation activities. The position requires flexibility to work day and night shifts.
Where You Come In
- You troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic devices at component and PCB level.
- You repair PCB boards involving AC/DC motors, inverters, and magnetic stirrers.
- You perform soldering, desoldering, and rework for both through-hole and SMD components.
- You execute proper wiring and effective cable management practices.
- You perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and devices.
- You manage and maintain equipment and device inventory, including tracking, labeling, status updates, and record keeping.
- You use electrical test equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes.
- You support documentation activities, including repair records and IQ/OQ documentation.
- You comply with EHS, electrical safety, and 5S requirements at all times.
- You support operations during both day and night shifts, including shift rotation when required.
What Makes You Successful
- You have a Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- You bring hands-on experience in electrical and electronic troubleshooting and repair.
- You have practical experience with PCB repair, soldering, and wiring activities.
- You are able to read and interpret electrical schematics and circuit diagrams accurately.
- You are willing to work rotating day and night shifts as required by operations.
- You possess strong electronics fundamentals with a solid understanding of component functions, including resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, and relays.
- You have working knowledge of analog, digital, and power electronics.
- You demonstrate understanding of AC/DC motor operation and inverter control systems.
- You are familiar with ESD handling procedures and good workmanship practices.
- Your experience includes managing equipment or device inventory and using asset tracking systems.
- You have experience preparing or supporting IQ/OQ documentation and reports.
- You bring exposure to equipment validation activities or regulated manufacturing environments
