Position: ERP Consultant/Developer 

Level: Junior to Mid 

Working model: On-site 

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

As part of our ERP practice expansion, we are seeking ERP Consultants / ERP Developers with experience in enterprise ERP platforms to support implementation, customization, integration, migration, and support projects across manufacturing, retail, construction, and other industries. 

Key Responsibilities 

* Participate in ERP implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects. 

* Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. 

* Configure ERP modules according to business processes. 

* Design and develop ERP customizations, reports, workflows, and integrations. 

* Perform data migration, testing, and user acceptance support. 

* Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and project managers. 

* Provide end-user training and post-go-live support. 

* Prepare functional and technical documentation. 

* Support solution demonstrations, workshops, and pre-sales activities when required. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related discipline. 

• 3–5 years of ERP consulting, implementation, or development experience. 

• Experience with at least one major ERP platform on supply chain , finance , HR module.: 

* SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, Business One) 

* Microsoft Dynamics 365 

* Odoo 

* Sage 

* Oracle ERP 

* NetSuite 

* Epicor 

* Acumatica 

* Yonyou ERP 

• Experience in ERP configuration, customization, integration, or technical development. 

• Strong understanding of business processes including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, or Project Management. 

• Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders. 

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Construction, Distribution, or Supply Chain industries. 

• Experience with ERP integration using APIs, middleware, ETL, or iPaaS platforms. 

• Experience with SQL, reporting, dashboards, and data migration. 

• Experience with cloud-based ERP platforms. 

• Exposure to AI, workflow automation, or low-code platforms is an advantage.

Candidates with experience in Yonyou product suites will be given special consideration, 

including: 

• YonSuite (YS) 

• YonBIP (YB) 

• U8 Cloud 

• U9 Cloud 

Language Requirements 

• English (required) 

• Mandarin Chinese (preferred but not mandatory)
