Responsibilities:

• Strong Operational experience in running the Public Cloud Providers (Azure & AWS ) and Microsoft/Office 365 across a portfolio of services
• Lead and manage/assist incident/service request/problem raised by country/regional/Group which escalated from system engineer.
• Collaboration with country/regional/Group/Vendor and work together to resolve issue.
• Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills, leveraging both logic and creativity
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills; ability to identify patterns and generate informed ideas
• Ability and willingness to proactively accept and drive change to accomplish positive collective outcomes
• General understanding of standard IT security concepts as they relate to production environments
• To lead and manage infrastructure project and act as Technical Project Manager when require
• Review and raise if any improvement/enhancement on the existing infrastructure services
• Review written processes and documentation which developed by the system engineer
• Dynamic and agile to situation of job scope

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5-7 years IT experience, at least 5 years of IT Infrastructure experience
• Operation System Installation, troubleshooting and configuration (Eg. Windows Server Setup, ADDS, IIS, RDS, ADFS & etc)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (User Creation, GPO settings, DNS, DHCP, User Profiles & etc)
• Operation System Performance Monitoring
• Servers and Application Virtualization Concepts (VMware and Hyper-V)
• Basic Network troubleshot Skills (IP Settings, Routing, and Network Package Capture)
• Knowledge of Network Concepts (External DNS, DHCP, Routing, IP, Load balancing, VLAN, Firewall)
• Knowledge of ITIL (SR,IM, CR process)
• Experience with Windows patching procedures (WSUS or SCCM)
• Knowledge of Antivirus Microsoft Defender
• Knowledge of cloud platform technology - AWS, Azure, Microsoft/Office 365 & etc
• Certification such as MCSE, AWS, Azure, M365/O365, ITIL, PRINCE II is a plus
