What to Expect
As a Executive, Admin (Japanese Speaking), You will act as a bridge between Japanese and local
teams, handling daily communication, basic translation, and coordination tasks. Expect to manage
administrative work, update documents, handle import/export or logistics paperwork, and help
organize meetings and reports. The job requires strong Japanese and English skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate smoothly across teams.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Act as a liaison between Japanese and local teams to support daily operational needs.
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate the movement of goods and ensure all related logistics documentation is accurate and timely.
- Process paperwork related to import/export, purchasing, and internal operations.
- Provide support in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence in both Japanese and English.
- Assist in translating or interpreting communications, documents, and materials when required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain efficient workflow within the department.
Role Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- High-level proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across cultures.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in administrative support, logistics coordination, or related fields is an
- advantage.
- Candidates with JLPT Level N2 or N3 will be considered an added advantage
