Job description- Scheduling meetings, receiving incoming calls, responding to emails, managing appointments
Taking minutes of meeting and manage dissemination of the minutes for the weekly WIP meetings- Providing administrative support to ensure the office is well maintained and smooth running
Managing the records and filing system of advertising contracts
- Manage the applications of work permits
Attend to walk-in visitors (i.e. potential customers, vendors, etc)
Requirements:- Diploma or Degree holder with proven working experience in similar capacity
Good command of English
- Resourceful, strong organizational and time management with the ability to prioritise tasks meeting multiple deadlines
Adaptability to handle the changing priorities in a fast-paced environment- Flexibility to work beyond normal office hours
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in using various communication and collaboration tools such as video conferencing, virtual team platforms, etc .
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)

Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
