MMTC Asia Sdn. Bhd. (MMTC) is a licensed vendor for PETRONAS and a Bumiputera company, specializing in delivering advanced safety training for the offshore upstream and downstream oil & gas sectors. It also offers comprehensive training programs in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (OSHE) for industries such as construction, manufacturing, and engineering. MMTC is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety and health excellence in various work environments. With a team of experienced professionals from the same industry, MMTC brings real-world expertise to its specialized training services.

Administrative Duties
  1. Handle client and customer inquiries related to services, training registration, HRDC grant applications, approvals, and post-training documentation.
  2. Maintain and monitor company licenses and certifications, ensuring timely renewals (e.g., Petronas License, MPAJ License, HRDC License).
  3. Organize and manage company assets, records, and documentation to support operational efficiency.
Accounting & Finance
  1. Manage petty cash, financial records, and transactions using accounting software.
  2. Prepare monthly business and operational costing reports.
  3. Liaise with Company Secretary (COSEC) and auditors for statutory compliance and audited financial reporting.
  4. Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with GST and other regulatory requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Prepare budgets, overhead reports, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other documents as required by management.
  • Support finance-related tasks and assist in operational processes for seamless workflow.
  • Able to travel once a month for preparation and setup of training venues when required for client-based training services.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with industry practices, regulations, and compliance standards is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software and financial management systems.
  • Strong skills in financial management, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Proven communication and coordination skills to support diverse administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration.
  • Capable of working under pressure and managing long working hours when required.
  • Committed to delivering tasks efficiently and within stipulated timelines set by management.
