Job Description

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of all matters pertaining to office administration matters
  • Assist in effective planning and management of overall office administration

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and negotiate with contractors/suppliers for favorable contracts/terms of contract inclusive of credit term for settlement of job done
  • Source and maintain a reliable group of suppliers who provide good services, best rates and terms to the company and to review such provision on regular basis
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the office and surrounding area, ie lighting, office renovation, plumbing air cond, telephone, office security & courier service etc.
  • Secure office space & monitoring of tenancy agreement
  • Ensure timely purchase of office equipment, office furniture etc.
  • Ensure timely payment to contractors/suppliers.
  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Admin or related fields.

Skills & Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and good communication skills.
