At Cashku, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in our fast-growing company by providing top-level assistance to executives. You'll manage busy calendars, prepare documents, and coordinate meetingsall while working closely with our leadership team to help shape the future of financial planning in Malaysia. This role offers hands-on experience and a chance to make a real, direct impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the CEO with operations, scheduling, and strategic tasks
• Assist the sales team with proposals, client engagement, and follow-ups
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, as well as team communications
• Contribute to exciting projects that have a real impact

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (1 year preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with strong follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
