Spearhead on the overall Etiqa Bancassurance business strategic, planning and implementation with the objective to achieve the targeted sales turnover and new business profit/value for Bancassurance and also to support the overall Company goals.
Assist to analyze, formulate, conceptualized and lead towards business process and productivity improvements that can support the Bancassurance business growth and overall Company's aspirations.
Assist to identify, create and improve processes within the business unit.
Assist to manage Banca's persistency performance and achieved the targeted persistency rate
Assist to develop a tool to analyze and review customers profile and their product portfolio in helping them grow and safe-guard their wealth.
Assist to develop a tool to analyze and review digital marketing performance and the campaign/initiative effectiveness

Job Requirement
Min degree level or equivalent. A postgraduate/professional degree is an added advantage. Preferably in Actuarial Science, Statistic, Economics, Finance, Investment and Accounting.
Strong aptitude for financial, product or sales analysis; High concentration and attention to detail; high standard of quality
Ability to work independently and in team with an aptitude for close cooperation and coordination; Highly motivated, taking ownership of multiple projects and their deliverables
Ability to work under pressure; High energy level
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel VBA Macro, MS Words, MS PowerPoints
Strong business acumen.
