Executive, Beverage Innovation

This position supports the sales and marketing team on overall Beverages Recipes Innovation / product development, product tasting sensory evaluation, application, demonstration and product knowledge training.

He / She require to provide better technical support to the customers in term of new product innovation through product demonstration and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities :

1. To assist and support sales team on Food Service Beverage's segment to all key customers by providing them with quality applications and solutions
2. To work closely with customer client's R&D Department and to educate, advise on the best drinks solutions
3. To conduct demonstrations and training to key customers and the sales team
4. To create and maintain a database of recipes for customer proposal
5. To build and maintain good business relationship and support from customer
6. To provide immediate assistance when customer is enquire about product knowledge and application
7. Support evaluation of ingredients and products to ensure compliance with specification and standards
8. Stay current on Beverages techniques, equipment and new technology application for Beverages Innovation.
9. Conduct routine taste test of DKSH Products versus competitors
10. To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Requirements :

• Barista / Beverages Innovation / Bar tender skills, with demonstrated love of food & beverages and strong flavour development skills.
• Ability to travel outstation
• Good communication skills and diplomacy that will promote good relations with all facets of management and other disciplines in the effective execution of projects
• At least 2 to 3 years working experiences in Barista / Beverages Innovation / Bar tender skills
• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Art / Science or Certified Barista would be added advantage
• Able to work independently with computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel & Power Point.
