Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Group consolidated financial statements in accordance with approved accounting standards (including updates under the MFRS framework).
Lead the preparation of Group Quarterly Financial Reports for Bursa Malaysia and ensure timely completion of Audited Financial Statements.
Prepare consolidated cash flow statements and support financial data submission to key stakeholders such as UEM Group and Khazanah.
Assist in compiling and preparing relevant financial decks for board meetings and stakeholder presentations.
Draft assigned notes to the accounts and coordinate directly with external auditors to ensure timely completion of the statutory audit (UEMS targets completion within 2 months of year-end).
Review and validate data submissions from subsidiaries to ensure completeness and accuracy for consolidation.
Handle any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required by the superior.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance, or equivalent
Total 1 to 3 years of working experience with a minimum of 1 year in Group Consolidation
Good understanding of group consolidation of financial statements and MFRS accounting framework
Detail-oriented finance professionals with expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance.
