Job Title: Executive, Business Analyst

Position Purpose
Business Analyst supports the Strategy & Architecture function by assisting in business analysis, demand management, and strategic planning activities across the trading digital ecosystem. This role works closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to capture requirements, analyze business processes, and support the development of digital initiatives aligned with trading objectives.
Job Responsibility
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from trading, operations, and support functions
Conduct stakeholder discussions to understand business needs, operational workflows, and system requirements
Support the business demand intake process for trading digital initiatives
Assist in capturing and documenting new business requests and enhancement proposals
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requests are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives
Provide analytical support for prioritization discussions and planning sessions
Conduct current-state analysis of trading processes and operational workflows
Assist in documenting end-to-end business processes across trading, risk, and operations domains
Support the development of business cases and feasibility assessments for digital initiatives
Assist in conducting cost-benefit analysis and impact assessments for proposed solutions
Gather data and insights to support investment proposals and strategic decision-making
Assist in organizing and facilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement discovery sessions
Support the development of functional design documentation and system specifications
Assist architects and solution teams in documenting system workflows, integration requirements, and functional processes
Review documentation to ensure completeness and alignment with business requirements
Support architecture and design discussions through documentation and analysis
Support the creation of wireframes and functional interface specifications
Assist in preparing test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements
Support coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders
Track defects and testing outcomes during testing cycles
Assist in maintaining tracking reports for digital initiatives and project portfolio performance
Support preparation of reports and dashboards for strategy and governance reviews
Maintain documentation related to digital initiatives, requirements, and project status
Support preparation of materials for governance meetings and stakeholder updates
Qualification- Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
35 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or digital initiatives support
Understanding of operational workflows within trading or financial environments
Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent)
Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives or enterprise technology programs
Familiarity with business architecture frameworks or process modeling techniques
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and requirements documentation practices
Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, and business requirement analysis
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
Basic understanding of system integrations and enterprise applications
Experience with documentation tools, collaboration platforms, or requirements management tools
