Job Responsibilities:
1.Project Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of transformation and improvement projects.
- Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, meeting minutes, and action logs.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and outstanding tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
2.Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and discussions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Gather, consolidate, and document requirements, feedback, and insights from stakeholders.
- Ensure clear, timely, and consistent communication across project teams.
3.Process Improvement & Analysis
- Conduct process mapping, documentation, and gap analysis exercises.
- Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare presentation materials, reports, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
4.Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure proper version control.
- Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks related to project delivery, where required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management; experience within the asset management or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Adaptable and capable of performing well in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
