Role
Support the planning, coordination and execution of initiatives across the Culture & Change Transformation Department, covering:
- Change Management and Internal Communications
- Culture and Values Engagement
- Employee Engagement and Experience
The role will provide shared operational support to the department by coordinating programmes, employee events, communications, surveys, vendors, documentation and reporting.
This is an entry-level role suitable for a fresh graduate or early-career candidate who is organised, creative, willing to learn and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
The Day-To-Day Activities
1. Programme Coordination and Administration
- Support the planning and execution of culture, change and employee engagement programmes.
- Maintain programme calendars, project trackers, action logs and departmental records.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and engagement sessions.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders on agreed actions and deliverables.
- Prepare programme materials, attendance lists, feedback forms and supporting documentation.
- Provide general administrative support across the department's three verticals.
2. Employee Events and Engagement Activities
- Support the coordination of townhalls, culture campaigns, employee appreciation programmes, festive celebrations, wellbeing activities and other employee events.
- Assist with venue arrangements, registrations, invitations, attendance tracking and event-day logistics.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors and internal support teams to ensure activities are delivered smoothly.
- Gather employee feedback following programmes and events.
- Support employee communities, recreational activities, CSR programmes and other initiatives that strengthen connection and belonging.
3. Culture and Values Activation
- Support activities that bring U Mobile's EVP and values to life for employees.
- Assist in coordinating culture campaigns, values-based activities, team-building programmes and Culture Ambassador initiatives.
- Prepare toolkits, campaign materials, activity packs and programme updates.
- Coordinate with Culture Ambassadors and divisional representatives on participation and programme delivery.
- Support the collection of employee stories and examples that demonstrate U Mobile's values.
4. Communications and Content Support
- Assist in preparing employee announcements, presentation decks, posters, newsletters and other communication materials.
- Coordinate the scheduling and publishing of approved content through internal communication channels.
- Support townhall communications and presentation preparation.
- Proofread materials and ensure information is clear, accurate and properly formatted.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to gather content, photographs and programme updates.
5. Survey and Reporting Support
- Support the administration of employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys and feedback activities.
- Monitor and track employee participation and response rates.
- Consolidate survey responses, programme feedback and participation data.
- Assist in preparing basic dashboards, reports and management presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of departmental programmes, outcomes and key metrics.
6. Vendor and Budget Administration
- Support vendor sourcing and coordination for departmental programmes and events.
- Assist in obtaining quotations and preparing the required procurement documentation.
- Track purchase requests, invoices, payments and programme expenditure.
- Maintain an updated budget tracker for departmental initiatives.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams on administrative and logistical requirements.
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Event Management or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to two years of relevant experience may also be considered.
- Internship, university project or extracurricular experience in HR, communications, events, employee engagement or project coordination would be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Able to coordinate multiple tasks and meet agreed timelines.
- Willing to learn and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance when required.
