Amari Kuala Lumpur is ideally located in between Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya with 252 guest rooms ranging from well- appointed Superior rooms, Deluxe rooms, Club Deluxe rooms and Club One Bedroom Suites.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media strategies in line with brand and business objectives
- Create and maintain social media content calendars and posting schedules
- Design creative graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Write engaging and brand-consistent captions, content, and social media copy
- Support the production of marketing collaterals, including posters, flyers, banners, menus, and in-room materials
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, campaigns, promotions, and community engagement
- Build and engage online communities, including guests, loyalty members, and followers
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, KOLs, and media representatives to enhance brand visibility
- Respond to basic guest inquiries on social media and escalate issues when necessary
- Support digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Monitor online reputation, social media trends, and user-generated content
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to improve campaign performance
- Prepare social media performance reports and recommend improvements
- Educate and support team members on social media best practices and reputation management
- Ensure all content and communications align with brand guidelines and tone of voice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, design, or a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good writing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and engagement
- Basic understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Good eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Photography or videography skills
- Basic video editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut)
