Serve as coordinator between functional and third-party service provider.
Recommend ERP System integration/improvement, where applicable to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of system and process.
Supports end user automation initiatives.
To ensure system controls are in order and compliance to Group Policy and Procedures.
Serve as system administrator.
Perform any other tasks provided by Superior or equivalent from time to time in supporting to achieve department/division objectives.
Requirements And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
At least 5 years experience in a similar role. Understanding of SunSystems (version 6.2.x) will be an advantage.
Experienced in system integration, automation scripts, database configuration, workflows, escalations and reporting.
Good understanding of functions in accounting system, such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Bank Payments and Tax.
Able to troubleshoot, track and resolve issues arising from internal assessments and audit findings.
Able to navigate and develop improvements on SQL and DB2 (version 11.5.x) databases for audit and control purposes.
Experienced in corporate reporting, internal controls and statutory audit requirements.
Ability to work in a multi-discipline and cultural environment is important.
The ability to prioritise work to meet company requirements and deadlines is essential.
Basic understanding of oil & gas processing facilities will be an advantage.
