About The Role
Investment Operations is responsible for managing and supporting the end-to-end investment transaction process. This includes ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Job Description
- Prepare daily&aposs operation and investment cash management.
- Prepare local & foreign trade settlement instructions.
- Prepare daily & weekly investment-linked fund prices.
- Update daily market prices, FX rates and trade transactions.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation for EFM, ADI & CDS.
- Monitor corporate announcement (case dividend, share dividend, bonus issue, dividend reinvestment and etc.)
- Prepare internal monthly investment report and external investment related regulatory reports (Bank Negara Return, OA, EAL)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree Holder in Finance, Investment, Accounting or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
