Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive with 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the BFSI, Transfer Agency (TA), or Fund Accounting (FA) domain. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating with internal teams, managing client communications, and supporting change and governance processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication.
  • Draft, review, and send client communications, service updates, and important notifications.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong client relationships by anticipating needs and providing regular updates.

Issue Resolution & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Technology, Compliance, etc.) to resolve client issues and implement requests within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor progress of client requests and ensure end-to-end closure.
  • Escalate critical or high-priority issues to senior stakeholders with complete background details for faster resolution.

Tracking, Reporting & Governance

  • Maintain and regularly update client query logs, trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Participate in and support client governance calls, address queries, and provide updates on ongoing matters and projects.
  • Track client feedback and service satisfaction, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.

Meetings & Follow-ups

  • Participate in client meetings, calls, and review sessions.
  • Ensure all action items are documented, tracked, and closed within defined timelines.
  • Follow up with internal teams and clients to maintain momentum and accountability.

Change Management & Documentation

  • Participate in discussions with clients on change requests.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate business requirements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Incorporate client feedback and drive the process through to final client sign-off.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
  • Prior experience in BFSI, Transfer Agency (TA), or Fund Accounting (FA) domain (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of client service workflows and service-level adherence.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with trackers and reporting tools.
