Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Junior Executive to support the Managing Director in day-to-day administrative, coordination, and executive support activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of working experience who are eager to learn, possess strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and monitor the progress of assigned tasks.
  • Conduct basic research, compile information, and prepare summaries as required.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Organize and maintain confidential documents, records, and filing systems.
  • Support corporate projects, business initiatives, and ad-hoc assignments as directed.
  • Assist in preparing presentation slides and management reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in digital tools, AI, and emerging technologies will be an added advantage.
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
