  • Proactive sales attitude to build strong client pipelines and new prospects turning into long-term partners.
  • Your mission: build relationships, hit sales goals, and expand our market reach.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and profit margins
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct regular visits, presentation, and negotiations with clients / potential clients.
  • Prepare and submit quotation, proposals, and tenders.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints effectively to maintain positive relationships.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with relevant departments to ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare weekly sales report and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • 2 years of working experience in marketing and Sales roles within International Freight Forwarder or Logistics Industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience in lead generation, customer relationship management and achieving sales targets.
