Executive - Marketing

We are seeking a driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing campaigns that build awareness and drive project success. This role involves preparing impactful marketing materials, coordinating with agencies and vendors, conducting market research, and ensuring timely, quality delivery of campaigns. Working closely with managers and cross-functional teams, the Marketing Executive contributes to achieving business goals while maintaining strong communication and market insights.

Your Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate and execute planned marketing and sales activities/campaigns to create market awareness and achieve project business plan goals.
• Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals (digital/physical) such as brochures, banners, videos, campaigns, etc.
• Liaise with advertising agencies, media suppliers, and other external parties/vendors for marketing/advertising related services/matters and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• To review and comment on advertising materials to ensure that the marketing collaterals are of acceptable quality.
• To conduct market research.
• To consult and cooperate with the line manager and matrix team members to achieve timely completion of operational tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Real Estate Management, or any related fields. Diploma holders with relevant experience can be considered.
• 1 - 3 years of related working experience in marketing.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH, legal & other rerquirements and EHS practices are added advantage.
• Basic knowledge on building/property specifications, additional knowledge on property valuation would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
