Executive, Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Assist in digital marketing activities, including social media content creation and management.
• Assist in designing marketing artwork and digital content for both online and offline marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns, including printed collateral.
• Assist in preparing basic reports for digital marketing campaigns and marketing events.
• Perform other marketing-related duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the property or real estate industry.
• Well-versed in digital marketing, including social media platforms, content creation, and online marketing activities.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of photography, videography, video editing, or social media content creation will be an added advantage.
• Creative, with a good eye for design and strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
