Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Planning & Selection Assist in selecting and sourcing products based on market trends, customer preferences, and company goals.
  • Inventory Management Monitor stock levels, ensure optimal inventory, and prevent overstock or shortages.
  • Supplier & Vendor Coordination Negotiate with suppliers for better pricing, quality,and delivery timelines.
  • Sales & Performance Analysis Track sales data, analyze product performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Store & Display Management Ensure that products are well-displayed and presented in stores or online platforms.
  • Market Research Stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and consumer behavior to refine merchandising strategies.
  • Promotion & Pricing Strategy Work with marketing teams to plan discounts, sales campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Collaboration with Teams Coordinate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of merchandising plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and negotiaton skills.
  • Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
