We are building a dedicated OpsTalent (Recruitment) capability to strengthen how we hire for Operations roles. This role focuses on hands-on recruitment execution, starting with Last Mile hiring and expanding across Operations. This position is offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract, with conversion to permanent subject to the success of the OpsTalent pilot.
Job Descriptions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned Ops roles
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for frontline and Ops positions
- Partner closely with Station Heads and Ops managers to meet hiring needs
- Maintain accurate hiring trackers and pipeline visibility
- Identify no-show, drop-off, and attrition trends and flag issues early
- Support efforts to reduce reliance on recruitment agencies
Requirements
- 14 years of recruitment or HR experience, ideally with volume or frontline hiring
- Comfortable working with Ops, site-based teams, or high-volume environments
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple roles at once
- Practical, resilient, and detail-oriented
- Experience in logistics, retail, F&B, manufacturing, or similar Ops-heavy industries is an advantage.
