We are seeking a highly specialized and detail-focused Executive to join our Group People team, dedicated to Performance & Rewards (P&R) execution. This is an operational role focused on the precise administration, analysis, and execution of our group-wide compensation and benefits strategy. The ideal candidate must possess demonstrable, hands-on experience in P&R/Compensation & Benefits to effectively support our talent attraction and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities
As the P&R expert, your primary responsibilities will be operational and execution-focused:
- P&R Program Administration: Own the administration and execution of core P&R initiatives, including managing documentation and data for annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and medical/insurance benefits.
- Performance Cycle Champion: Act as the function lead for the successful group-wide annual performance review cycle, focusing on system and process optimization to ensure smooth execution.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct periodic market benchmarking and data analysis to inform strategic reviews of compensation and benefits policies, utilizing advanced MS Excel features daily.
- System & Data Management: Ensure the integrity of all P&R related data, managing records within the HRIS/HRMS platform (e.g., SAP) which will be used daily.
- Compliance: Review internal rules and regulations to ensure legal compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes, and Group guidelines related to rewards.
Qualifications Required
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of related work experience in Human Resources.
- Essential Functional Exposure: Must have proven, hands-on expertise in Performance & Rewards or Compensation & Benefits (C&B) work.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically demonstrated knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), to handle reporting and data manipulation.
- Prior working experience with an HRIS/HRMS platform such as SAP is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal stakeholder engagement
