Executive Analytics (Business Campaign) is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability by providing strategic analytical support to product teams. This involves translating business needs into data models, formulate clear insights for management, and possess expertise in Leads, Channel, and Campaign Management to optimize marketing effectiveness. This role will report to the Assistant General Manager of Business Campaign & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Apply quantitative methods to manage and analyze large datasets, conduct analysis, formulate insights, and summarize findings for management.
- Utilize SQL, SAS, R, Python, and other analytical tools to design analyses and measure key metrics.
- Use data mining techniques and programming skills to build analytics models to identify business opportunities and improve predictive ability.
- Support product teams to identify acquisition and sales growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales, profitability, customer retention, and cross-sell through marketing campaigns & analytics.
- Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Must also understand and articulate the processes, concepts, and components of Leads, Channel & Campaign Management.
Jobholder Requirement
Education/Qualification
- Degree in Actuarial studies, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer / Information Science or related disciplines.
Experience- Experience/ Exposed to SQL (Beginner to Intermediate) preferred.
- Experience/ Exposed to Tableau & Datawarehouse environment preferable but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills, highly numerate with strong critical thinking ability.
- Highly adaptable through continuous learning.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
