Overview:

The Executive, Portfolio Management, is a critical support role within Personal Financial Services (PFS), assisting senior product managers in developing and refining product strategy for consumer lending. This position focuses heavily on data analysis, performance monitoring, and business requirement synthesis, acting as a liaison between business strategy and execution teams (Engineering and Design).

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior managers in developing and refining product vision and strategy.

• Analyze product performance data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify emerging business opportunities.

• Provide data-driven answers and insights to support business stakeholders.

• Gather and synthesize requirements from various stakeholders (Business, Technology, Marketing, Compliance).

• Translate business and user requirements into clear, actionable user stories and product specifications.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to support Go-to-Market activities and campaign launches.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics specific to assigned product components (e.g., usage rates, customer satisfaction, transaction success rates).

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related business or quantitative field.

• Experience: Candidates with up to one (1) year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

• Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency in data analysis and modeling, with expertise in PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

  • Microsoft PowerPoint: Proven ability to create and deliver clear, compelling presentations to communicate insights and strategies.

• Core Competencies:

  • Analytical Mindset: A sharp analytical mind with the ability to break down complex problems and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
