Job Title: Regional Inside Sales Executive (SaaS / SEA Market)

The Mission: Digitize Southeast Asia

rezio is the leading SaaS solution in tourism. We are building an elite Regional Combat Team in KL to dominate the Southeast Asia (SEA) market. Based in KL, you will be the spearhead of rezio's expansion across Southeast Asia. You don't just sell; you digitize the region's tourism DNA. This is a high-growth role for those who want to be part of a global tech expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEA Hunter: Acquire new merchants across Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines through digital prospecting and professional outreach.
  • Daily Hustle: You are comfortable making 40-60 outbound calls and messages every day. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and hitting the numbers.
  • Virtual Solution Pitching: Conduct professional online demonstrations to showcase rezio's SaaS capabilities. You are responsible for identifying client pain points and presenting rezio as the ultimate solution.
  • Digital Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales funnel remotelyfrom initial cold outreach and engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Seamless Handover: Ensure a smooth transition of newly signed merchants to the Taiwan HQ Cusotmer Success Team for onboarding and long-term service.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activities and pipeline records in our CRM system to ensure HQ has real-time visibility of regional growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of work experience (SaaS, E-commerce, or Digital Agency background is preferred).
  • Language: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory. (Note: Final interviews will be in Mandarin).
  • Positive Mindset: A Hungry and Hustle attitude.You don't take No personally. You are resilient and stay motivated to hit your targets..
  • Digital Savvy: Proficient in digital communication tools and capable of delivering compelling presentations remotely.

Unrivaled Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Salary: RM 3,800 per month (Fixed).
  • Aggressive Commission: Aggressive monthly commission based on performance tiers (up to 28%).
  • Newcomer Milestone Bonuses:
    • Phase 1 (Month 3): RM 1,500 bonus upon successful probation and meeting core KPIs.
    • Phase 2 (Month 6): Additional bonus of RM 500 / RM 1,000 / RM 2,500 based on reached performance tiers.
  • Quarterly Competitions: Eligibility for regional sales incentives and rewards (up to RM 2,800+).
  • Global Mobility & Career Fast-Track: Top performers will be eligible for cross-border exchange programs at our Taiwan HQ and internal transfers across KKday Group's global offices (e.g., Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore).
