Job Summary
The Executive, Resource Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing divisional administrative, resource, and operational support within the Corporate Strategy & Investment Division. The role supports strategy and investment departments by ensuring effective coordination of resources, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional engagement. The position also provides administrative and coordination support to the Head of Corporate Strategy & Investment to enable efficient execution of divisional priorities, aligned with corporate governance requirements and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative and resource support for the Corporate Strategy & Investment Division, ensuring efficiency and consistency in divisional operations.
- Act as the central point of coordination for divisional matters, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and tracking of action items arising from management, strategy, and investment meetings.
- Monitor and track divisional resource requirements, including manpower, consultants, shared services, and administrative support.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for strategy development, investment evaluation, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in preparing management papers, presentations, briefing notes, and reports related to strategy, investments, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate data collection, inputs, and documentation from internal stakeholders and external advisors to support strategic and investment-related analyses.
- Provide direct administrative and coordination support to the Head of Corporate Strategy & Investment, including follow-up on instructions and decisions to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure divisional activities comply with corporate policies, governance frameworks, SOPs, and internal control requirements, including support for audits and reviews.
- Act as a liaison between the division and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment on initiatives and timelines.
