Job Description:
- Able to establish, develop, and achieve profitable growth for modern trade retail and event operations.
Responsible and accountable for all planning& operational matters such as order facilitation, on-shelf availability, inventory management, and sales target of all designated key accounts.- Developing promotional strategy and execution (including trade budget management, and range and space optimization).
Responsible and accountable for all events / exhibition planning& operational matters such as set up, display, dismantle, and other operational issues.
- Developing promotional strategy and execution.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets.- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
Job Requirements:- Frequent travel to outstation. Possesses own transportation for outlet visits and setting up promotional events.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet unexpected demands and challenges.
- Well-versed in English & Mandarin.
Resourceful, Independent, Fast learner, Result-driven, and self-motivated.- Good time management & Stress management.
Willing to stand by for ad hoc duties. Able to work OT / Weekend / when necessary.
