Job Description

Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional with a passion for media We're looking for an Executive, Revenue to join the team at Suria FM. This role is key to driving revenue growth by selling advertising and sponsorship solutions across our media platforms while building strong, long-term client relationships. What You'll Do

  • Drive sales and business development: Identify, approach, and secure new clients for advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Manage client relationships: Grow and manage relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
  • Propose custom solutions: Understand client needs and propose customized media solutions across our platforms, including radio, digital, and events.
  • Achieve targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Collaborate and report: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals. You'll also work with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and provide post-campaign reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 13 years of experience in sales, preferably within the media, advertising, or related industries. Experience in client servicing, negotiations, and business development is essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a good understanding of sales reporting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with various media platforms (radio, digital, events, social media) is an advantage.
