JOB PURPOSE
Core functionality in:
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM Quarterly reporting, Departmental risk management)
- Project Risk Governance (Facilitate project risk assessment for Bid Approval report)
- Risk Assessment in Decision Making (RADM) (Facilitate risk assessment for decision making paper to Board level).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and facilitate risk assessment workshop/meeting with SMEs and develop an updated risk register throughout the risk assessment process.
- Draft and prepare a detailed project risk assessment report for Senior Management (BiAC) & Board (BSRC & Main board) level, highlighting key project risks during bidding activity and mitigation actions to assist in decision making.
- Retrieve, analyse and validate data from multiple sources (SMEs engagement, official reports etc) and prepare quarterly MHB Risk report for MHB Risk Council (RC), MHB Board Sustainability & Risk Committee (BSRC), MISC Management Risk Committee (MRC), MISC BSRC & Petronas Gas & Maritime, highlighting key organizational risks based on consolidated departmental risk registers.
- Facilitate risk assessment for any decision-making paper to Board level that involves strategic business development, high-impact and/or high-value procurement/investment, mergers & acquisitions and divestment as part of Risk Assessment in Decision Making (RADM) activity.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Project Management / Risk Management/ Business Administration.
- Min 5 years of experience in risk management, project risk management/project management, particularly in the O&G construction industry.
