Identify and conduct a market research, business proposal on a new business opportunity.
Identify, establish and manage strategic partnerships to support business goals.
Evaluate potential partner, conduct due diligence, market reputation, capabilities and compliance record.
Initiate contact and build relationships. Approach partner through networking/referrals/digital outreach.
Participate in tender/bidding. Ensure all tender document/pricing and compliance details are prepared.
Assist in preparation of departmental annual planning and budgeting.
Assist in preparation of memorandum, management paper including board paper, slide presentation, official letter and etc.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of healthcare industry, including of sales, market, products and regulations.
Experience handling tender processes and creating detailed proposals that follow healthcare requirements.
Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly explain product benefits, lead customer meetings, and work well with both team members and clients.
Skilled in planning, coordinating and executing business development projects, working with different people and finishing task on time.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum 3 year's experience in business development or sales within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
