Job Description
Singapore International Arbitration Centre invites applications to join the Centre as:
EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES
Job Responsibilities:
- provide support in all facets of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits (including payroll-related matters for both HQ and overseas offices), staff insurance, employee relations, and HR related projects
- plan and coordinate staff welfare activities
- handle all work pass related transactions, and filing of tax clearance for foreign employees who have resigned
- provide support in the review of HR policies and procedures, and the SIAC Employee Handbook
- provide support in preparing annual HR budget
- ensure HR related documents are properly filed for audit purposes
- undertake such other work as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications and Experience:
- degree in Human Resource Management with minimum 3 years of relevant HR operations experience
- strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act; familiarity with labour laws and practices in India/ China /Korea/ Americas will be an added advantage
- people-oriented, attention to details, independent and self-motivated
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- a good team player who is able to work independently
