We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Staff Health to manage end-to-end administrative tasks related to staff health. This role ensures consistent application of medical claims practices and guidelines for all employees, while driving healthcare and wellness initiatives to promote a healthy workforce.
Key responsibilities
Medical Benefits & Insurance Administration
- Educate employees on medical benefits, coverage, and claim procedures.
- Liaise with insurance providers for Guarantee Letters and claims processing.
- Resolve issues and maintain updated employee benefit information.
Vaccinations & Health Screenings
- Coordinate staff health screenings and vaccination programs.
- Maintain accurate vaccination records and ensure compliance with schedules.
Employee Health Records Management
- Maintain confidential health records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
Healthcare & Wellness Awareness
- Plan and execute wellness programs and health awareness campaigns for employees.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote preventive healthcare and overall well-being.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- 23 years experience in staff health or staff benefits and welfare related roles.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Windows environment).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with medical benefit coverage and claim procedures.
