Field Services Engineer

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Customer management, troubleshooting, critical thinking, and machine observation.
• Mechanical installation, machine tuning, machine repair, and machine setup.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, reporting, data analysis, and machine log evaluation.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up vision modules, automation equipment, jigs, and fixtures by performing hardware configuration, adjustment, alignment, fine-tuning, and calibration.
• Set up vision modules, automation equipment, jigs, and fixtures by performing software configuration, calibration, recipe setup, and process program settings.
• Test and debug vision modules, automation equipment, jigs, and fixtures.
• Ensure product quality by conducting tests and inspections according to Quality Assurance (QA) protocols before product shipment.
• Participate in the assembly and wiring of vision modules, automation equipment, jigs, and fixtures.
• Assist in cleaning, packing, and crating activities for products prior to shipment from the factory.
