The Finance Executive will support Electrolux Professional's finance operations by ensuring accurate financial reporting, month‑end closing, and financial data integrity. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to deliver timely and compliant financial results within a structured and fast‑paced multinational environment.

This hub plays a key role in delivering financial reporting, accounting, and business support services, ensuring standardisation, efficiency, and compliance across the region.
Description
- Accounts payable - assisting in processing and prioritize invoices for payment. Ensuring accuracy and completeness by verifying that all invoices possess proper documentation and approval before processing payments.
- Accounts receivable - assisting in preparation of self-billing invoices for e-invoicing purposes.
- Preparing journal entries for the specific entities that you have been assigned to.
- Assist in preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
- Assisting in clearing off backlogs task as assigned by the Assistant Manager.
- Assisting in compiling documents, supporting information, and schedules for both audit and tax purposes.
- Engaging in any ad-hoc or new assignments as directed by the Assistant Manager.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent;
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in finance and accounting activities, preferably competent and experienced mainly in AR and AP or reconciliation and reporting functions.
- Preferably with strong understanding of accounting principles with specific knowledge of how they apply to the service industry.
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office especially Excel and Word.
- Experience in automation or e-invoicing would be an advantage.
