The Finance Executive will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure that the monthly accounts closing is done on time and effectively. The person will handle the full set of accounts and assist the accounts with the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the full set of accounts and assist in monthly closing of accounts for each assigned entities and ensure that the accounts are prepared accurately and on a timely basis, meeting PERSOLKELLY Reporting deadlines
- Assist in prepare and compiling supporting schedules for the financial statements, analysis and reconciliation of GL accounts (Interco, Tax schedule) on monthly basis. Investigate unreconciled or abnormal transactions
- Prepare and compiling the intercompany tax invoice to ensure meeting the cutoff date
- Compiling and ensure the intercompany transactions are collected and settled on a timely basis and witholding tax settlement, if any
- Compile & confirming the intercompany balances reconciliation with the related companies
- Preparing and submitting the unclaimed wages on a yearly basis
- Check and review the reimbursement of the staff claims of assigned entities on a monthly basis
- Submission of SST on a timely basis (monthly)
- Ensure that the documentations for the accounts department are being file on time and in systematic order for easy reference
- Checking works performed by the Accounts Personnel to ensure that the works are being performed accurately and timely ( AR,AP & CB).
- Assist the Finance Manager/Accountant in the daily operations of Finance Department
- Ensure that the documentations for the accounts department are being file on time and in systematic order for easy reference.
- Liaise with the company secretary in relation to resolution and liaise with bank on treasury matter.
- Working closely with the regional finance team on the various monthly reports and ad hoc reports requested from time to time
- Assist to monitor the banking facility. Ensure signatories are updated and authorities are in place.
- Preparing the documents for internal auditor
- Liaise with auditor and tax agent in relation to yearly audit, MRP, USGAAP and tax computation submission.
- Any ad hoc reports as and when required
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI Higher, partially completion of professional or equivalent or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance.
- 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates welcomed, with willingness to learn.
- Familiar Accounting Principle.
- Excellent in detailed work & solid analytical ability.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
