With a lean team of passionate people, we are building our businesses step by step. We are now looking for a Finance Executive who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly payments (bills, suppliers, subscriptions, expenses).
- Manage financial records (invoices, receipts, loan documents, compliance paperwork).
- Handle banking transactions, cash flow monitoring, and reconciliations.
- Prepare simple reports (monthly expenses, outstanding payments, summaries for management).
- Support Kowaris (loan/credit business) with admin and finance documentation.
- Assist with basic budgeting and keep track of company obligations.
- Work closely with management as a trusted team member in a small, fast-growing company.
Who We&aposre Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin or related field.
- 13 years of experience in finance/accounts/admin preferred, but fresh grads with internship experience are welcome.
- Strong sense of responsibility, trustworthiness, and independence.
- Good with Excel/Google Sheets; accounting software is a plus.
- Willing to adapt and learn as the company grows.
