Job Summary:
The Finance Executive is responsible for assist including but not limited to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (G/L) using SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Full Set of Accounts Management:
- Assist on full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and G/L, ensuring accurate and timely recording via the SAP system.
- Review and verify vendor payments and expense claims to ensure compliance with financial policies.
Cost and Financial Analysis:
- Perform goods purchase processing and conduct regular cost analysis reporting.
- Assist the Finance Manager in conducting cost and profitability analyses as well as performance tracking of essential financial metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments to provide financial guidance, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and support decision-making processes.
Financial Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare regular financial reports and documents as required.
- Ensure all financial documentation is organized and compliant with internal and external standards.
Ad-hoc Assignments:
- Support the finance team by undertaking any additional ad-hoc assignments or projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, LCCI, ACCA, or CPA certification.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting.
- Proficient in using the SAP system for financial tasks.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF functions).
