Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring daily costing & budgets, and communicating to operation team to manage the costs with in the budget and forecast

Make sure all the transactions are capture in timely manner to system & cost tracker,

Perform reconciliation between billing and P&L

Ensure Client invoicing / billing on timely manner

Accrual accuracy should be as per the business standards

All the invoice related issues should be handled properly for timely resolution

Responsible for all month end statements - Profit and Loss reconciliation, rectification of errors,strong followup required with various stakeholders

Support in Monthly management report reviews with business heads

Assisting in yearly budgets and quarterly / monthly forecast

Ensure all site petty cash are properly handled

To ensure site store team should follow all the compliances related to finance

Other ad hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

Possesses Bachelor's degree (Commerce) from recognized university; Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or Financial Discipline; An MBA Degree or equivalent is highly recommended

At least Minimum 3 years of experience in finance

Proactive, strong financial competency, analytical & problem-solving skills

Resourceful with eye for details and accuracy

Responsible, mature, meticulous and independent

Good team player with positive work attitude, strong initiative and good communication skills

Able to work under pressure and good in meeting deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
