Job Description

Required Qualification & Skills:

An advanced degree in Finance, such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or Equivalent.

6-8 years of experience in a finance role.

Handling Team and hands-on experience to maintain the books of account.

Leadership & Problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, interpersonal & communication skills, analytical

skills, multi-tasking abilities, integrity, and honesty.

Proficient user of finance software, ERPs (Oracle, NetSuite, etc.), and MS Office.

Job Description

Executing day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and

other transactions.

Managing Intercompany Transactions.

Review financial data and prepare monthly MIS.

Managing the flow of cash, banking.

Reviewing the monthly Balance Sheet Schedule.

Reviewing Annual Reports.

Supporting the Business Finance Team for the preparation of reports.

Liaise with auditors to facilitate and ensure the timely completion of the audit and filing.

Liaise with company secretaries and tax consultants to ensure statutory compliance.

Any other finance matter that is required by Management/ HO Finance.

Position Details:

- Reporting to Group Finance.

- Managing AR Executive.

- The role will require effectively communicating, coordinating, and collaborating with Business owners, Group Finance teams, the Business finance team, and team members spread across different geographies.
