Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role located in Tebrau. The Finance Manager will oversee the hospital's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management. Responsibilities include developing and analyzing financial strategies, providing accurate financial forecasts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing internal audits. The role also involves managing cash flows, assessing financial performance, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting practices
  • Strong analytical and strategic financial planning skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in financial systems, auditing, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with effective communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are a plus)
  • Previous experience in healthcare finance or hospital operations is highly desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
